胃肠减压患者留置胃管不同方法效果对比

目的:探讨胃肠减压胃管留置方法,改进留置胃管的可行性、安全性及临床应用效果。方法:将138例腹部手术及肠梗阻等需要胃肠减压的患者分为两组,对照组用传统置胃管方法,实验组用改进后的置胃管方法。比较两组患者胃肠减压时的操作程序、插管成功率、舒适度及减压效果。结果:改进后的胃肠减压置胃管方法,在快捷、安全、插管成功率、舒适度及减压效果方面均优于对照组。结论:改进的胃肠减压胃管留置方法优于传统方法。

Comparison of different methods of indwelling cathetherization in patients underwent gastro-intestinal decompression

Objective：Discussing the method of gastrointestinal decompression catherization to improve its safety,feasibility and clinical applications. Methods：138 patients underwent abdominal surgery or patient with intestinal obstruction or other desease who need gastrointestinal decompression were divided into the control group and experimental group.The traditional method was performed in control group,the improved method was performed in experimental group. Rapidness,safety,intubatton achievement ratio,comfortability and decompression effect in two groups were compared. Results：The improved method is superior to traditional method in rapidness,safety,intubatton achievement ratio,comfortability and decompression effect.Conclusion：The improved method is superior to traditional method.
