"家庭护理系列"健康讲座的需求调查及其效果评价

目的了解人们对护理健康教育讲座的需求及满意情况，为医院内开展护理健康教育提供依据。方法通过问卷抽查2005年1月到2005年12月在广州市中山大学附属第一医院参加“家庭护理系列健康教育”讲座的186名人员。结果83．3％的人来院参加讲座的主要目的是增加预防保健知识，78．5％和73．1％的人想了解饮食护理或疾病护理的相关知识；62．4％的人认为医院开展护理讲座很有必要，54．3％的人认为讲座的可行性强；84．9％的人认为护理讲座与医疗讲座同样有效，57．5％的人认为患病后护理与治疗同样重要；88．2％的人认为护理讲座设计合理实用、值得信赖。结论医院应根据人们的需求大力发展护理健康教育.

Evaluation for the Lectures of Family Nursing Health Education

Objective To investigate the needs and satisfaction of the course of lectures about nursing health education,so as to provide evidence to develop health education in hospital.Methods A total of 186 persons who took part in the course of Series of health education about family nursing in the first Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University from January to December in 2005 were investigated by questionnaire.Results 83.3% of persons wanted to obtain the knowledge about health protection;78.5% and 73.1% of persons wanted to know the knowledge about nursing of diet or diseases;62.4% of persons considered it necessary to develop nursing lectures in hospital;54.3% of persons considered nursing lectures to be better feasibility;84.9% of persons believed that the nursing lectures had the same effect with medical lectures;57.5% of persons believed that nursing care was as important as treatment for illness;88.2% of persons considered the nursing lectures were well-designed and worth of trust.Conclusion The hospital should develop nursing health education according to the clients' needs.
