| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨心肌组织背向散射积分 (IBS)在小儿急性病毒性心肌炎中的诊断价值。 方法 选择 3 0例正常儿童 ,3 2例急性病毒性心肌炎患儿 ,用HP 5 5 0 0型超声心动诊断仪。测量左心室心肌组织的IBS及IBS周期变化幅度 (CVIB)。用心包IBS除以心肌IBS和CVIB ,所得的比值作为心肌的校正IBS(IB % )和校正CVIB(CVIB % )。 结果 3 2例急性病毒性心肌炎患儿左心室IBS明显大于正常儿童 ,P <0 0 1。CVIB明显小于正常儿童 ,P <0 0 1。 结论 心肌组织背向散射积分对小儿病毒性心肌炎的诊断有较高的敏感性 ,可作为辅助诊断的指标之一

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the value of the ultrasonic integrated backscatter (IBS) in diagnosis of children with acute viral myocarditis.Methods IBS and cyclic variation of integrated backscatter (CVIB) were measured with HP 5500 ultrasonic system in 30 normal children and 32 children with acute viral myocarditis and the IB% and CVIB% were calculated.(IB% and CVIB% were the modified value of IBS).Results The IBS is higher,but the CVIB was lower in the children with acute viral myocarditis than in the normal children ( P <0 05).Conclusion Measurement of the IBS could be a assistant maker in the diagnosis of acute viral myocarditis in children. |
