| 摘 要： | 目的:研究润肺止咳丸的杭炎,祛痰和镇咳作用.方法:以耳肿胀法,琼脂肉芽肿,酚红排泌,咳嗽潜伏期及咳嗽次数为指标,观察润肺止咳丸对小鼠二甲苯致耳肿胀模型,对大鼠皮下注射琼脂肉芽肿模型及小鼠酚红排泌法模型,小鼠氨水引咳法模型的作用.结果:润肺止咳丸能明显减轻小鼠耳肿胀,抑制大鼠皮下肉芽肿形成,促进酚红排泌,延长咳嗽潜伏期及咳嗽次数.结论:润肺止咳丸具有抗炎、祛痰和镇咳作用.

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the anti-inflammtory,expectorant and antitussive effects of Runfeizhikewan.Method:Use auris tunefaction,granulation lunp caused by subcutaneous injection agar,tracheal phenol red secretion,delitescence and the times of tussis as objectives,observe the effects of Runfeizhikewan acting on models of musculus with auris tumefaction,rat with granulation lump caused by substaneous injection agar,musculus tracheal phenol red secretion and musculus with tussis caused by ammonia.Result:Runfeizhikewan can distinctly mitigat musculus auris tumefaction,restrain rat subcutaneous granulation lump,increase musculus tracheal phenol red secretion,protract delitescence and decrease the times of tussis.Conclusion:Runfeizhikewan possess effects of anti-inflammation,expectorating phlegm and tussis relieving. |
