| 摘 要： | 目的探讨托槽固定外伤牙的疗效。方法50例121颗外伤松动牙,粘贴托槽、方丝及结扎丝连续稳固结扎固定3个月后拆除。结果治愈71.1%,好转27.3%,失败1.7%。结论方丝弓托槽固定外伤牙安全、简便、效果良好。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical effect of fixing trauma tooth with Edgewise appliance. Methods Fifty patients with one hundred and twenty-one trauma teeth had been fixed with Edgewise appliance for three months. The patients were at age of 4～45 years old. Results 71.1% of the trauma teeth healed up to normal, 27.3% of the trauma teeth took a turn for the better, 1.7% was not successful. Conclusion The method was safe, simple and effective. |
