| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨老年人结核性渗出性胸膜炎诊断与治疗方法.方法:采用聚合酶链反应分别监测患者的血标本及胸水标本结核分支杆菌DNA.结果:老年人结核性渗出性胸膜炎患者46例,血标本及胸水标本结核分支杆菌DNA阳性率分别为34.8%和58.7%.结论:聚合酶链反应可提高结核性渗出性胸膜炎诊断的敏感性和准确性,并对结核性胸膜炎的诊断具有重要的参考价值.

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the diagnosis and treatment of senile tuberculosis exudative pleurisy.Methods:Polymerase chain reaction(PCR) technique was used to inspect the blood samples from 46 patients with senile tuberculosis exudative pleurisy and samples of water with Mycobacterium tuberculosis DNA respectively.Results:In the blood samples and thoracic water samples from 46 patients with senile tuberculosis exudative pleurisy,the positive rates of PCR were 34.8% and 58.7% respectively.Conclusions:PCR can promoate the diagnostic accuracy for tuberculosis pleurisy. |
