| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨醋酸不同注射剂量对大鼠内脏高敏感性的影响。方法:取出生8d～21d的大鼠,分组后各组每天给予不同剂量直肠内醋酸刺激,分别在出生后6w、8w,对这些成年后的大鼠进行直肠扩张,评估其腹部收缩反射(AWR)阈值。结果:与新生期生理盐水刺激组相比,直肠扩张时,新生期醋酸刺激组大鼠腹部抬高和背部拱起的容量阈值显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:乳大鼠新生期肠道内醋酸刺激,选用低剂量醋酸可以在成年后引起内脏敏感性增高,而肠黏膜未见异常病理改变,符合肠易激综合征(IBS)的特征。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the influence of different dosage of acetic acid on rats′visceral hypersensitivity. Methods: Male SD rats between 8d and 21d were given saline and different dosage of acetic acid,then recorded the threshold of abdominal withdrawal reflex (AWR) at 6w and 8w during rectal distension.Results:0.2ml acetic acid group and 0.3ml acetic acid group showed a obvious decrease comparing with the saline group,especially in the volume threshold of abdomen lifting and body arching.Conclusion: The rats hypersensitivity could be established by using low dosage acetic acid. |
