外伤性视神经病变的临床分析

目的探讨外伤性视神经病变的诊断和治疗效果。方法回顾126例148眼视神经损伤的诊断,治疗后视力恢复情况,进行总结分析。结果伤后无光感与伤后有光感治疗有效率经X2检查P<0.01差异有高度显著性意义;2周内开始治疗与2周以上治疗组有效率比较P<0.01差异有显著性意义。伤后立即失明,就诊时间晚者,治疗效果差。结论视神经损伤恢复的关键是早诊断、早治疗,多途径给药,效果较好。

Clinical analysis of traumatic optic neuropathy

Objective To identify approach of diagnosis and effective treatment.Methods 126 patients(148eyes)with optic nerve injury are retrospecty studies for diagnosis and visual recovery after medical treatment.Results The effective rate of the treatment in eyes with light perception was significantly higher than that with no light perception (P<0.01).The effective rate in patients treated with 2 weeks after injury was significantly higher than that beyond 2 weeks (P<0.01).The visual improvement was poor in the patients with no light perception after trauma or/and without treatment in time.Conclusion The key of the visual recovery is early diagnosis and in time treatment.
