摘    要:目的探讨采用临床型1.5T磁共振成像仪对小鼠瘤体进行非创伤性实时监测的方法。方法通过常规MRI轴位FSE序列T2加权成像、轴位SE序列T1加权成像和轴位、矢状位增强扫描成像,对瘤体进行观察,并于解剖和组化结果进行对比。结果通过优化成像参数,结果表明通过临床型的MRI可以对小鼠接种的肿瘤进行实时观察。成像结果和解剖所见完全吻合。结论通过常规的临床型MRI即可对小动物瘤体进行非创伤性观测,而无需采用动物专用型MRI。
