| 摘 要： | 随着医疗卫生服务市场竞争的不断加剧,医院为了保持稳定、快速的发展,不断引进科学的管理方法,加强绩效评价和绩效管理,提高内部工作效率。本文将通过阅读中英文文献,分析国内外对医院绩效评价的研究状况,了解各国医院绩效评价的特点。

| Abstract: | With the intensity of competition in medical and health services market,in order to maintain stable and rapid development,the hospital should introduce some scientific management methods,and strengthen performance evaluation and performance management to improve internal efficiency.On the basis of some literatures,this article analyzed domestic and international research on hospital performance evaluation,and presented their characteristics of hospital performance evaluation. |
