“临床路径”的“区域覆盖”策略探索

临床路径作为一种规范诊疗行为,保障医疗质量的临床管理工具,在优化医疗资源分配,加强团队合作等多方面都有积极的作用。浙江省台州市在新医改方案出台前就开始推行＂临床路径＂管理,自2007年起始至今已3年多时间。其间,运作的主体是强化＂区域覆盖＂策略,提出＂点面结合＂,凸显＂以患者为中心＂和＂以人为本＂的新型医疗原则。发展临床路径管理对于公立医院改革直至推动新医改向纵深发展都有着积极的意义。

Strategies Study on "Regional Coverage" of "Clinical Pathway"

The clinical pathway acts as a standard treatment and a clinical management tool to guarantee the quality of medical treatment,and plays an active role in optimizing allocation of medical resources and strengthening teamwork.Clinical pathway management was introduced in 2007 in Taizhou City of Zhejiang Province before the new healthcare reform program,lasting over 3 years.Meanwhile,the main operation is to intensify the policy of ＂regional coverage＂,which puts out ＂the combination of point with area＂ and highlights the new medical principles of ＂patient-centered＂ and ＂people-oriented＂.The development of clinical path management is important and positive for public hospital reform and to promote the new healthcare reform to in-depth development.
