| 摘 要： | 目的探讨舌下变应原特异性免疫疗法对过敏性哮喘患儿临床疗效及肺功能的影响。方法将100例年龄4~7岁过敏性哮喘患儿随机分为粉尘螨治疗组(50例)和对照组(50例),分别给予"粉尘螨滴剂"舌下含服加常规吸入糖皮质激素治疗及单独用吸入糖皮质激素治疗,治疗25周结束。对两组治疗前后的临床疗效及肺功能(IOS)指标进行分析比较。结果两组临床控制率、总有效率相比有明显差异(P<0.05)。对照组治疗后5、20Hz时气道阻力(R5、R20)较治疗前均有降低,治疗前后比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);肺弹性阻力(X5)和共振频率(fres)治疗前后比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。粉尘螨治疗组治疗后R5、R20、X5、Fres较治疗前均有降低,治疗前后比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。粉尘螨治疗组治疗后较对照组治疗后R5、R20、X5、Fres下降幅度大,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舌下变应原特异性免疫疗法治疗儿童过敏性哮喘临床疗效显著,可显著改善过敏性哮喘儿童的肺功能。
