| 摘 要： | 目的探讨大肠癌MSCT灌注成像特点与CD105的相关性。方法对19例大肠癌患者行MSCT灌注成像扫描,通过输入动脉TDC曲线,计算出灌注值(perfusion),强化峰值(PEI)、达峰时间(TTP)、血容量(BV)。应用免疫组化分别检测大肠癌组织及正常肠壁中的CD105标记的MVD表达,探讨大肠癌MSCT灌注参数与CD105标记的MVD表达之间的相关性。结果大肠癌组织中CD105阳性表达的MVD计数率与正常肠壁组织差别有统计学意义。大肠癌灌注参数Perfusion、PEI、与MVD之间存在相关性,P值均小于0.05,BV、TTP与MVD之间不存在相关性,P值分别为0.072、0.833。结论大肠癌组织中CD105表达的MVD计数表达率高于正常肠壁组织;大肠癌灌注参数灌注值、PEI与MVD之间存在相关性,BV、TTP与MVD表达无相关性。 |
