高校教师职业性颈椎病调查分析

目的:通过对高校教师颈椎病发病情况的调查分析,提出切实有效的防治方法.方法:对本校469名专业教师和398名后勤集团工作人员进行颈椎病病史采集及物理检查.结果:专职教师发病生为33.90%,后勤人员发生率为19.10%,两者差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).患病年龄分布:专业教师组40岁以下73例,40岁以上86例,两者差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).工作年限10年以下、10～20年及20年以上发生率分别为21.79%、27.65%与62.24%,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:高校教师职业性颈椎病发病率高,应积极开展颈部保健,预防疾病发生.

PRIMARY ANALYSIS OF VOCATIONAL CERVICAL VERTEBRA DISEASE IN TEACHERS OF HIGH SCHOOL

OBJECTIVE: To offer pressing and effective prevention and cure ways through investigation of cervical vertebra disease in high school.METHOD:Through cervical vertebra disease history record and physical examination to our own 472 professional teachers and 398 missionary of logistic group.RESULTS:Professional teachers'disease incidence is 33.90%,while logistic missionary's is 19.10% and the two difference has statistical meaning.(P<0.05)The suffering age distributes in professional teacher group under 40 has 73 cases,over 40 has 86 and this two has no statistical meaning.(P>0.05)The disease incidence of job year under 10,10-20 and over 20 is 21.79%,27.65% and 62.24% respectively.The difference has statistical meaning(P<0.05).CONCLUSION:The professional incidence of cervical vertebra in high school teachers is so high that we should develop cervical vertebra health care actively to prevent the happening of disease.
