氟西汀治疗老年抑郁症的疗效与安全性

目的探讨氟西汀治疗老年抑郁症的临床疗效与安全性。方法将60例老年抑郁症患者随机分为研究组(氟西汀治疗)和对照组(氯丙咪嗪治疗),每组30例,观察8周,用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和副反应量表(TESS)评定临床疗效和不良反应。结果治疗8周后,2组临床疗效无显著性差异,HAMD评分2组治疗后均较治疗前显著下降(P<0.01),但2组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),不良反应发生率和TESS评分研究组显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论氟西汀治疗老年期抑郁症疗效确切,与氯丙咪嗪相当,但不良反应少而轻,安全性好。

Efficacy and safety of fluoxeine in treatment for elderly patients with depression

Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of fluoxeine in treatment for elderly patients with depressive disorder. Methods All 60 elderly patients with depressive disorder diagnosed according to CCMD-2-R criteria were randomly assigned to study group(treated with fluoxeine) and control group (treated with chlorimipramine) for 8 weeks. Each group had 30 cases. Hamilton depressive scale(HAMD) and treatment emergent side effect scale(TESS) were used to evaluate the efficacy and adverse effect respectively. Results After 8 weeks, the clinical efficacy and the scores of HAMD had no significant difference between the two groups.But the scores of HAMD in the two groups were significantly decreased after treatment. The incidence of adverse effect and the scores of TESS in study group were significantly lower than those in control group. Conclusions Fluoxeine is as effective as chlorimipramine in treatment for elderly patients with depressive disorder. But it is much safer than resperidone.
