| 摘 要： | 目的：观察硫糖铝联合法莫替丁治疗急性胃炎的疗效。方法：对门诊78例急性胃炎患者随机分成治疗组（39例）和对照组（39例），均以法莫替丁40mg静脉滴注，每天1次，治疗组加硫糖铝1．0g，餐前1h及睡前空腹口服，4次，日。结果：5天后，治疗组有效率94．9％，对照组有效率79．5％，两组疗效差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论：硫糖铝联合法莫替丁治疗急性胃炎可提高疗效，安全性高。

| Abstract: | Objective ：To study the efficacy of sucralfate combined with famotidine in treating acute gastritis.Methods：78 outpatients with acute gastritis were randomly divided into the treatment group （39 cases） and the control group （39 cases）. Both two groups were given farnotidine injection 40 mg by intravenous drip, once daily. In addition, the treatment group received an oral dose of sueralfate 1.0g lh before meals and before sleeping, 4 times per day. Results：The effective rates of the treatment group and the control group after 5d treatment were 94.9% and 79.5% respectively. The two groups had significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Sucralfate combined with famotidine is highly effective and safe in the treatment of acute gastritis. |
