| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨超声刀免钛夹腹腔镜胆囊切除术在有腹部手术史患者中的应用效果。方法：回顾性分析我院有腹部手术史的超声刀腹腔镜胆囊切除术85例的临床资料。结果：82例获得成功，3例（3．5％）中转开腹，无明显并发症。结论：有腹部手术史的患者行腹腔镜胆囊切除术时使用超声刀有利于分离粘连、避免周围脏器损伤、不留金属异物，降低中转率、减少出血量、缩短手术时间。

| Abstract: | Objective：To dissuss the application of lapasrocopic cholecystectomy （LC） by using harmonic scalpel without titanium clips in the patients with a history of abdominal surgery. Methods：Retrospective analysis was performed in 85 patients who underwent LC by using harmonic scalpel without titanium clips in our hospital. Results ：Three of 85 patients （3.5%） underwent conversion to open eholeeystectomy. Conclusion：Using harmonic scalpel of LC in the patients with a history of abdominal surgery has the advantages of short operative time,less bloodloss, and lower conversion rate.It helps to separate adhesion, avoid harming of internal organs, and not leave behind foreign matter. |
