小儿斜疝改良疝囊高位结扎术式I临床观察

目的：观察小儿腹股沟斜疝传统疝囊高位结扎术进行改良，降低小儿斜疝术后复发的可行性。方法：回顾性分析我院306例小儿腹股沟斜疝患儿的临床资料，采用传统的经腹股沟小横切口疝囊高位结扎术基础上的改良疝囊高位结扎术，术中将腹膜外脂肪分离，向里再分离2—3cm，将疝囊颈往上提直至将疝囊后壁收紧为止。结果：全部病例均行此改良疝囊高位结扎术，随访无复发。结论：小儿腹股沟斜疝采用改良疝囊高位结扎术，操作简便，并发症少，明显降低了术后复发率，效果满意。

Clinical investigate of modified hernia sac high ligation in treating childwen's indirect inguinal hernia

Objective ：To modify the traditional hernia sac high ligation in treating children＇s indirect inguinal hernia and to discuss the possibility to reduce postoperative recurrence.Methods ： The clinical data of 306 cases of children＇s indirect inguinal hernia from 2006 to 2008 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.The traditional hernia sac high ligation was modified.During fat was separated,resparating 2-3 cm inside,then the hernia sac neck was raised until tightening the posterior wall.Results：AU the eases were performed this modified hernia sac high ligation without recurrence during follow up period.Conclusion：Using modified hernia sac high ligation for treating children＇s indirect inguinal hernia has satisfactory effect and reduces the postoperative recurrence rate with simple operation and less complications.
