摘    要:目的:研究化妆品中镉的测定方法。方法:取一定试样用浓硝酸水浴消化后,应用石墨炉原子吸收测定其镉的含量。结果:本方法测定化妆品中镉最低测定浓度为0.001mg/kg,回收率为95.5%~100.0%。结论:石墨炉原子吸收测定化妆品中的镉具有快速、准确、灵敏度高等优点,适于广泛使用和推广。

Abstract:Objective:To study the determination method of cadmium in cosmetics.Methods:The content of cadmium in the samples was determined by automatic graphite stove atom absorb spectrometry after the samples were digestes by HNO3.Results:Using this method,the least determination concentration of cadmium was 0.001 mg/kg and the recovery rate was 95.5%~100.0%.Conclusion:The method has many advantages such as celerity,high accuracy and degree of precision.It is appropriate for use and extension.
