| 摘 要： | 目的：研究化妆品中镉的测定方法。方法：取一定试样用浓硝酸水浴消化后，应用石墨炉原子吸收测定其镉的含量。结果：本方法测定化妆品中镉最低测定浓度为0．001mg／kg，回收率为95．5％～100．0％。结论：石墨炉原子吸收测定化妆品中的镉具有快速、准确、灵敏度高等优点，适于广泛使用和推广。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the determination method of cadmium in cosmetics.Methods:The content of cadmium in the samples was determined by automatic graphite stove atom absorb spectrometry after the samples were digestes by HNO3.Results:Using this method,the least determination concentration of cadmium was 0.001 mg/kg and the recovery rate was 95.5%~100.0%.Conclusion:The method has many advantages such as celerity,high accuracy and degree of precision.It is appropriate for use and extension. |
