| 摘 要： | 中心动脉压(CAP)是重要脏器血液灌注的根本,具有独立的更强的心血管疾病及相关并发症的预测价值。中心动脉压与高血压靶器官损害之间存在许多联系,中心动脉压是评价动脉结构和功能的重要标志。由于近年来无创中心动脉压测量技术也越来越受到重视。因此,关注中心动脉压具有重要的临床意义。本研究就中心动脉压的测量方法及临床应用综述如下。

| Abstract: | Central arterial pressure （CAP） is a fundamental blood perfusion of vital organs, with a stronger independent predictive value for cardiovascular diseases and related complications. There are many links between center of arterial pressure and hypertension target-organ damage, central arterial pressure is an important symbol of evaluation of arterial structure and function. Since in recent years, noninvasive center the invention of the arterial pressure measuring technique is becoming more and more attention. Therefore, the center of attention arterial pressure has important clinical significance. In this paper, a method to measure central aortic pressure and clinical application summarized as follows. |
