| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨两种材料制取根管印模间接制作桩核的临床效果.方法:随机选择门诊病例72例共100颗残根、残冠,分成2组,分别采用琼脂法和印模膏法制取根管印模,间接法制作桩核,试桩核后观察其临床效果,随访1.5～2年.结果:两种方法中,以琼脂法取模间接制作桩核的效果较好(P＜0.01).结论:利用间接法制作桩核,操作简便,大大缩短了临床操作时间.因琼脂成本较硅橡胶低,具有临床推广价值.

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the clinical effects of two kinds of materials used in the root canal impression and indirective manufacture for post and core. Methods 100 decoronated teeth of 72 cases were randomly divided into two groups based on the impression materials,agar and moulage cream. The post and core were manufactured by indiretive method. Follow-up study was undergone to observe the clinical effects through testing the post and core. Results The clinical effect of Agar group was much better than that of the moulage cream group(P<0.01). Conclusion It is convenient to manufacture post and core by indirctive methods. The time of clinical operation can be greatly shortened. The clinical effect of arga group is good with a lower cost. |
