护理人员血源性病原体职业暴露防护体系的构建与效果

目的探讨护理人员血源性病原体职业暴露防护体系的构建与效果。方法构建了由组织体系、制度体系、技术体系、设备体系、医疗保障体系、考核指标体系6部分组成的护理人员血源性病原体职业暴露安全防护体系并予以实施。结果护理人员血源性病原体职业暴露发生率降低(P<0.01);手卫生依从性合格率、理论考试及技术操作合格率、职业安全满意度提高(P<0.01)。结论护理人员血源性病原体职业暴露安全防护体系的构建和实施可将血源性病原体职业暴露风险降到最低程度。

Construction and effects of nursing protection system of blood-borne pathogens occupational exposure

Objective To explore the construction and effects of nursing protection system of blood - borne pathogens occupational exposure. Methods The nursing protection system of bloodborne occupational exposure was built and implemented, which was composed of six parts, the organizational system, the institutional system, the technology system, the equipment system, the medical security system and the evaluation index system. Results After the implementation of the nursing protection system, the incidence of occupational exposure was decreased （ P 〈0. 01 ）. The qualified rate of hand hygiene compliance, the qualified rates of theory tests and skills examination and the nurses＇ occupational safety satisfaction were all improved （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion The construction and implementation of the nursing bloodborne occupational exposure protection system can reduce the risk of bloodborne occupational exposure.
