| 摘 要： | 文章介绍了糖尿病患者自我管理行为测量工具,分析了社区2型糖尿病患者自我管理行为的影响因素,即自我效能、接受健康教育状况、心理健康水平、社会支持和人口学因素,并从自我管理教育内容、形式及方法等方面阐述了社区2型糖尿病患者自我管理行为干预现状,以期为社区推广和开展糖尿病患者自我管理提供参考。

| Abstract: | This article introduced the measurement tools of self- management behaviors for the patients with diabetes, analyzed the influencing factors of self - management behaviors,including self - efficacy, status of health education mental health, the level of mental health, social support and demographic data, as well as the interventional studies on self - management education from the aspects of contents, means and methods for patients with type 2 diabetes. It is reference to promote and develop the self- management in patients with diabetes in community. |
