军队疗养院文职医护人员工作满意度及工作需求调查分析

目的调查军队疗养院文职医护人员工作满意度及工作需求,为有效建立文职医护人员管理机制提供依据。方法采用满意度调查问卷及温度计量表对115名军队疗养院文职医护人员进行调查。结果军队疗养院文职医护人员满意度较高的依次为同事间关系、工作环境、上下级关系和团队精神,较低的依次为工资和福利、从工作本身受益、政治待遇和职称晋升。工作需求方面得分较高的依次为增加收入、工作稳定、继续深造学习,较低的依次为有机会更换专业、个人问题上被同情和了解、立功受奖。结论应从提升军队文职人员工作满意度并满足其合理工作需求方面,提高其工作积极性,以确保医疗护理质量。

Investigation and analysis of job satisfaction and job needs of civilian staff in military sanatorium

Objective To investigate job satisfaction and job needs of civilian staff in military sanatorium, and to provide reference for the establishment of a reliable civilian staff management mechanism. Methods A total of 115 civilian staff in military sanatoriums were investigated by satisfaction questionnaire and job needs questionnaire. Results The high items job satisfaction of civilian staff in military sanatorium were the relationship between the colleague, working environment,the relationship between superior and subordinate and team spirit, the low items of job satisfaction were salaries and benefits, benefit from the work, political treatment and job promotion. The high score of job needs were increasing income, stable career and further education, the low score were the chance to replace the professional, the compassion and understanding of personal problems and meritorious award. Conclusion It is necessary to take appropriate measures to meet the reasonable needs of civilian staff, improve their job enthusiasm ,thus to ensure the nursing quality.
