烧伤科初级职称护士工作体验的质性研究

目的探讨烧伤科初级职称护士工作体验。方法采用定性研究方法,对11名烧伤科护士进行深入访谈,并运用Colaizzi分析程序进行资料分析。结果烧伤科初级职称护士在工作中的内心体验主要包括:对患者既恐惧又同情;工作负荷重和专业技能不足是目前的主要压力;工作期间的职业成就感强,在工作中充满激情和动力。结论应针对科室特点,对烧伤科初级职称护士进行目的性入科教育,从人员配备、专业特点方面,采取有效措施缓解护士压力,为其创造良好工作环境。

A qualitative research on working experiences of primary professional title nurses in burn department

Objective To explore the working experiences of primary professional title nurses in department. Methods Phenomenology method was used, 11 nurses were involved in adepth interview. The data were analyzed by Colaizzi procedure. Results Three themes were found,including fear and sympathy for patients, pressure of high workload and insufficient professional skill, being passionate and energetic and getting high career achievability at work. Conclusion According to the characteristics of burn department, nursing managers should take measures to train new nurses and take effective measures from the staffing and progessional characteristis to relieve their work pressure, and create the nice work environment.
