| 摘 要： | 目的探讨烧创伤ICU临床护士培训模式与方法,为ICU临床护士培训及其他专科临床护士培训提供参考。方法通过前期调研、成立培训项目小组、制订培训计划和实施培训,对烧创伤ICU护士实行6个月的临床培训。结果培训后护士烧伤、创伤专科理论及技能操作考核成绩均提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05);临床护士对培训计划及安排满意度为100.00%。结论根据烧创伤ICU特色建立适合自身专科的培训机制可以显著提高ICU临床护士的培训效果,是临床专科ICU护士培训的有效方法之一。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the training mode and methods of burn ICU nurses, so as to provide a reference for the training of ICU nurses and other clinical nurse specialists. Methods Based on the previous investigation, establishing the training project team, formulating and implementing the training project of clinical training for 6 months among burn ICU nurses. Results After training, the scores of burn theory,trauma theory and nursing skills were improved, the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ）. The satisfaction rate of nurses to training plans was 100.00%. Conclusion According to the characteristics of burn ICU,the suitable training system can significantly improve the ICU nurses Jtraining effects, and is one of the effective training methods for ICU nurses. |
