家属参与孕期训练对初产妇分娩、母乳喂养及新生儿护理能力的影响

目的探讨家属参与孕期训练对初产妇分娩及新生儿护理能力的影响。方法将家属共同参加孕期训练指导的200例初产妇设为观察组,将同期单独参加孕期训练指导的200例初产妇设为对照组,观察两组孕妇的产程时间、分娩结局、母乳喂养及新生儿护理等情况。结果观察组各产程及总产程均明显低于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05);剖宫产率低于对照组(P<0.01);母乳喂养、哺乳、新生儿护理自行完成率高于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论家属参与孕期训练能缩短产程,降低剖宫产率,提高纯母乳喂养率及新生儿护理能力。

Effects of the families involved in the pregnancy training on primiparity, breastfeeding, and nursing abilities of newborn

Objective To explore the effects of the families involved in the pregnancy training on primiparity, breasffeeding, and nursing abilities of newborn. Methods A total of 200 primiparas whose families were participated in training and guidance during pregnancy were involved in the experimental group. Another 200 primiparas in training alone during pregnancy at the same period were involved in the control group. The duration of labor, delivery outcome, breastfeeding and neonatal care were compared between the two groups. Results The duration of labor and total stage of labor in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those in the control group （ P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ）. The rate of cesarean section was lower than the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The rate of pure breastfeeding, breastfeeding, infant care were higher than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ）. Condition Families involved in prenatal training can shorten the stages of labor, reduce the rate of cesarean section, and improve the pure breastfeeding rate and neonatal nursing ability.
