摘    要:目的探讨健康教育路径在结核/人类免疫缺陷病毒(TB/HIV)双重感染患者治疗督导中的应用效果。方法将100例TB/HIV双重感染患者分为对照组和实验组,每组各50例,对照组实施常规健康教育,实验组按制订的健康教育路径实施健康教育。结果经过系统性健康教育及全程督导,实验组疾病知识掌握率、服药依从性明显提高(P<0.01)。结论实施健康教育路径能有效提高TB/HIV双重感染患者对专科疾病知识的掌握率和服药依从性,减少药物副反应及耐药性的发生。

Abstract:Objective To explore the applying effect of health education pathway used in the clinical supervision of double infected patients with TB/HIV. Methods A total of 100 double infected patients of TB/HIV were recruited and divided into the experimental group and the control group,with each 50 cases. The control group were treated with routine health education, while the experimental group were treated using health education pathway. Results Awareness rate of health education and medication compliance in the experimental group were significantly higher than the control group after systematic health education and entire supervision ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Implementation of health education pathway can effectively improve the awareness rate of knowledge of special disease and medication compliance of double infected patients of TB/HIV, reduce side effect and resistance of drugs.
