摘    要:目的探讨路径式健康教育在颅脑损伤患者恢复期应用的效果。方法将76例颅脑损伤康复期住院患者随机分为对照组和观察组。两组患者均给予常规康复治疗护理干预,对照组给予传统健康教育,观察组给予路径式健康教育。结果实施路径式健康教育后,观察组患者肢体运动功能、日常活动能力功能、康复知识掌握率等指标均优于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论路径式健康教育有助于促使患者全面掌握颅脑损伤后康复的相关健康知识,提高治疗依从性和积极性,加速肢体功能恢复,提高日常生活活动能力。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effects of applying health education pathways in the patients with craniocerebral injuries at rehabilitation phase. Methods A total of 76 patients with craniocerebral injuries at rehabilitation phase were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. All the patients were received routine rehabilitation treatment and nursing intervention. The patients in the control group were accepted routine health education, while in the experimental group were accepted health education pathways. Results Patientsjlimbs motive function,activities of daily living, knowledge awareness rate in experimental group were better than those in control group after the implemention of health education pathways ( P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Health education pathways can promote rehabilitation related knowledge awareness, improve their treatment compliance and motivation, accelerate the recovery of limbs function, and make a significant improvement in activities of daily living.
