| 摘 要： | 目的探讨循证护理在白血病化疗患者预防医院感染管理中的应用与效果。方法基于循证护理制订护理干预措施,针对白血病化疗患者发生医院感染的原因及特点,制订并实施加强医院感染知识培训以及对环境、物品及人员的管理等措施。结果患者的医院感染知识及对护理工作的满意度提高,医院感染发生率降低(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论循证护理在白血病化疗患者医院感染管理中的应用,可以有效控制医院感染的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the application and effects of Evidence - based Nursing （EBN） in the prevention of nosocomial infection in leukemia patients with chemotherapy. Methods Nursing interventions were made based on evidence - based nursing, including teaching nosocomial infection knowledge and management measures of environment, materials and staffs according to the reasons why leukemia patients might have nosocomial infection and the characters of nosocomial infection. Results The knowledge about nosoeomial infection and patients satisfaction of nursing both increased while incidence rate of nosocomial infection decreased （P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The application of evidence - based nursing to the management of nosocomial infection of leukemia patients with chemotherapy can effectively reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection. |
