| 摘 要： | 目的探讨野战微创介入救治方舱临床应用中的感染控制措施。方法认真做好感染控制准备工作,合理安排人力,选择地域,做好环境及物品消毒及人员感染控制工作。结果在野战微创介入救治方舱内实施介入手术17例,术后患者未用任何抗菌药物,均无感染发生。结论复杂环境下在野战微创介入救治方舱进行介入手术,实施严格的感染控制措施,能够保证手术安全。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the infection control measures of field minimally - invasive interventional treatment cabin. Methods Good preparation was made for infection control, human resources were arranged reasonably, proper region was chosen and sterilization of environment, materials and infection control of staffs were done well. Results Seventeen patients underwent operations in field minimally - invasive cabin, and no case suffered from infection without using any antimicrobial drugs. Conclusion Surgical safety can be ensured by implementing specific infection control measures in field minimally - invasive interventional treatment cabin under complex conditions. |
