我院提高护士科研能力的做法与体会

目的探讨提高护士科研能力的方法。方法在对护士科研意愿和能力调查的基础上,成立医院护理科研团队,进行人员培训,制订并落实激励措施。结果培训两年来,护士独立完成省中医药管理局课题2项,发表学术论文15篇,开展中医特色护理12项,开展新业务新技术23项。结论结合学习型组织建设,建立激励机制,营造支持性环境,是中小型医院培养护士科研能力的有效模式。

Experiences and methods to improve nurses' research capacity in our hospital

Objective To explore the methods of improving nurses＇research capacity. Methods On basis of investigating the research wills and abilities of the nurses, a hospital nursing research team was set up to train nurses, draw up and implement incentive measures. Results After two years＇practice, the nurs- ing team of our hospital had done 2 provincial projects, published 15 academic papers, carried out 12 traditional Chinese medical nursing programs and developed 23 new businesses and technologies. Condusion Combining with the construction of learning organization, establishing proper incentive mechanism and creating good support environment is an effective model for small and medium size hospitals to improve nurses＇research capacity.
