奥扎格雷钠与银杏达莫联合治疗急性脑梗死45例疗效观察

目的观察奥扎格雷钠与银杏达莫联合用药治疗急性脑梗死的疗效。方法将90例急性脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组45例和对照组45例,治疗组采用奥扎格雷钠与银杏达莫联合进行静脉滴注,对照组单独采用银杏达莫注射液进行静脉滴注,比较两组神经功能评分情况及疗效的比较。结果治疗组神经功能缺损的分值平均水平低于对照组神经功能缺损的水平;治疗组总有效率91.1%明显优于对照组总有效率66.7%(P<0.05)。结论奥扎格雷钠联合银杏达莫对于急性脑梗死患者的治疗疗效较好,适合在临床上推广应用。

Study on curative effect of the combination of ozagrel sodium and ginkgo-damole in treatment of 45 cases of acute cerebral infarction

Objectives To observe the curative effect of combination of ozagrel sodium and ginkgo - damole in treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods Ninety cases of acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into trial group （ n = 45 cases） and control group （ n = 45 cases） , patients in trial group were treated with combination of ozagrel sodium injection and ginkgo - damole injection, and patients in control group were treated with ginkgo leaf extract and dipyridamole injection by intravenous infusion, and their clinical effects of two groups were com- pared. Results The total effective rate of trial group was 93.3 % , it was significantly better than that （66.7%） of control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The combination of ozagrel sodium and ginkgo - damole has significant effect in treatment of acute cerebral infarction, and it is safe and effective, hence it is worthy to be recommended for clinical application.
