异丙酚联合瑞芬太尼靶控静输在胆囊切除手术中临床应用

目的探讨异丙酚联合瑞芬太尼靶控静输在胆囊切除手术中的麻醉效果。方法回顾性分析收治的60例胆囊切除手术患者的临床资料,其中,观察组30例患者采用瑞芬太尼联合异丙酚靶控静输,对照组30例患者采用静吸复合全麻。比较两组患者术中麻醉效果和术后不良反应的发生情况。结果观察组患者气腹后5 min、10 min以及拔管时的血压、心率等均明显低于对照组患者,且差异有明显统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的睁眼时间、拔管时间以及拔管10 min警觉-镇静评分(OAAS)均明显优于对照组患者(P<0.05),观察组患者的不良反应发生率明显低于对照组患者,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论异丙酚联合瑞芬太尼靶控静输在胆囊切除手术中具有十分有效的麻醉作用,安全可靠,值得临床推广和应用。

Clinical application of Propofol combined with remifentanil by target controlled infusion for cholecystectomy

Objective To investigate the anesthetic effect of propofol combined with remifantanil by target controlled infusion for cholecystectomy. Methods 60 cases of cholecystectomy patients were divided into two groups, including the observation group of 30 patients with remifen- tanil and propofol by target controlled infusion and control group of 30 patients with total intravenous anesthesia. Results The blood pressure and heart rate for patients at pneumoperitoneum after 5 minutes, 10 minutes and extuhafion were significantly lower than the control group patients, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈0.05）. Observation group patients time to eye opening, time to extubation, and extubation 10min OAAS score was significantly better than patients in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）, the incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group patients, and the difference was statistically significant significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Propofol combined with remifantanil by target controlled infusion for eholeeystectomy has a very effective role and it is worthy of promotion and ap- plication.
