派丽奥、氢氧化钙在牙周-牙髓联合病变中的应用

目的观察派丽奥软膏和氢氧化钙糊剂联合治疗牙周-牙髓联合病变的临床疗效。方法将157个患有牙周-牙髓联合病变的患牙随机分成两组。实验组采用氢氧化钙糊剂根管治疗、派丽奥软膏牙周袋放入加调治疗,对照组则用甲醛甲酚加根管充填糊剂进行根管治疗、牙周袋内放入1%碘甘油的方法。评价两组的治疗效果。结果两组在第4周和第8周,牙周探诊深度(PD)、出血指数(BI)、牙龈指数(GI)、菌斑指数(PLI)等指标有显著差异(P<0.01),一年后复查两组总有效率分别为92.41%和70.51%,显效率和总有效率也有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论对牙周-牙髓联合病变的患牙进行派丽奥软膏牙周袋内放入加调、氢氧化钙糊剂进行根管治疗可提高临床疗效。

Application of periocline and calcium hydroxide in treatment of periodontal-endodontic combined lesions

Objective To study the clinical effects of periocline dental ointment and calcium hydroxide paste in treating teeth with perio- dontal-endroxide combined lesions. Methods 157 teeeth with periodontal-endodontic combined lesions were collected and divided into two groups. The experimental group were treated with root canal therapy in which calcium hydroxide paste was used and then filled the periodontal pocket with periocline and occusal adjustment. The control group were treated with root canal therapy in which FC and root canal filling was used and then filled with periodontal pocket with iodine glycerin of 1%. The clinical effects of each group were evaluted. Results There were significant differences between the two groups in terms of probing depth（PD） ,bleeding index（BI） ,gingival index（ GI ） and plaque index （PLI） at the 4th week and the 8th week （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. After a year＇ s treatment,the curative rate of experimental group was 92. 41% and that of the control one 70. 51% ,and the curative rate and the overall effectivenesses of the two groups were also significantly different （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusions To treat teeth with periodontal-endodontie combined lesions with root canal therapy by using calcium hydroxide and periodontal pocket filled with pastperiocline dental ointment and occusal adjustment could get better clinical results.
