高血压性左心室肥厚QT离散度及倍他乐克的影响

目的　观察高血压病患者QT离散度 (QTd)变化及倍他乐克对其的影响。方法　对 13 2例高血压病患者和 60例健康人作QTd测定 ,从患者中选取 68例进行倍他乐克治疗 ,并和常规治疗组 64例作对照。结果　高血压患者的QTd明显高于健康人 ,左室肥厚者的QTd明显高于左室无肥厚者。经倍他乐克治疗后其QTd明显缩短。结论　高血压病患者QTd增加 ,且与左心室肥厚的程度及心肌重量指数正相关。倍他乐克治疗使QTd明显缩短 ,有利于防止心律失常

QTd of Hypertensive Left Ventricular Hypertrophy and the Effect of Metoprolol

Objective To observe the changes of dispersion of QT (QTd) in hypertension patients and the effects of Metoprolol. Methods QTd was measured in 132 patients with hypertension (68 cases treated with Metoprolol, and 64 cases with general drugs) and 60 normal individuals (as control). Results The QTd of hypertension patients is higher than that in control group. The QTd in left ventricular hypertrophy patients is much higher than that in left ventricular normal patients. The QTd is shorted after the treatment with Metoprolol. Conclusions The QTd of hypertension patients is higher. The degree of QTd is related to the left ventricular hypertrophy and the left ventricular mass index (LVMI). The treatment with Metoprolol can make QTd shorter, and is favourable to preventing the arrhythmia.
