内质网分子伴侣Grp94的表达与细胞周期的关系

摘    要:目的进一步分析正常组织来源的细胞系CV1和人大肠癌细胞系CCL229的Grp94的表达及其与细胞周期的关系。方法对细胞中DNA和内质网分子伴侣Grp94进行同时染色,进行双参数流式细胞术分析。结果两种细胞的Grp94的表达情况相似,在细胞周期各时相中内质网分子伴侣Grp94均有表达,G0+G1期表达量较少,S期的表达量无明显增加,G2+M期的表达量最高。结论Grp94在细胞周期各时相的表达呈渐增的趋势,但在S期增加不明显,表明Grp94的表达与细胞周期各时相的变化存在着密切的关系。

Abstract:Objective To analyse the relationship of the expression of molecular chaperone Grp94 ER with cell cycle. Methods The expression of Grp94 related to the different stages was reported with Dualparameter flow cytometry methods. Results The expression of Grp94 was found during all stages of cell cycle.It was expressed at the lowest in G0-G1stage,a slightly higher level in S stage and the highest in G2-Mstage. Conclusion The expression of Grp94 is related to the stage of cell cycle.
