| 摘 要： | 目的用腱反射肌电波幅和电刺激肌电波幅的比值（Ｔ／Ｍ值），来准确评价关节源性肌肉抑制。方法对３６例单侧膝骨关节炎患者进行股神经最大电刺激和定量髌腱反射的肌电图检查，比较健患侧股四头肌Ｔ／Ｍ值的差异。结果患侧Ｔ／Ｍ值显著地低于健侧。股四头肌Ｔ／Ｍ的灵敏度为７２．２％。结论Ｔ／Ｍ值是可靠灵敏的关节源性肌肉抑制的定量评价方法

| Abstract: | Objective The aim is to quantitatively evaluate the inhibition with the ratio of T/M,the amplitude of electromyographically tested quantitative patella tendon reflex to the amplitude of maximal electrical twitch.Methods Electromyographically tested quantitative patella tendon reflex and maximal electrical twitch of femoral nerve were done on 36 unilateral knee OA patients. The difference of T/M ratio between the involved and the uninvolved limbs was studied.Results The T/M ratio of involved limbs was statistically lower than that of uninvolved ones. The sensitivity of quadriceps T/M value was 72.2% .Conclusion T/M ratio is a reliable and sensitive way of evaluating arthrogenous muscle inhibition. |
