心电运动试验的ST-V现象

目的研究心电分级运动试验出现的ＳＴ段下移一过性好转的现象。方法对１０００例中老年人进行症状限制性心电分级运动试验（Ｂｒｕｃｅ方案）。结果２３％的对象运动后即刻至２分钟时出现ＳＴ段下移一过性好转的现象,呈“Ｖ”形变化曲线,称之为ＳＴ Ｖ现象。ＳＴ Ｖ现象的阳性率在可疑ＣＡＤ运动试验阳性者达５０％,在体检运动试验阳性者达３４％。结论ＳＴ Ｖ现象是心电运动试验中的常见情况,其相关因素包括：运动试验阳性、年长、运动能力较差、运动中和运动后收缩期血压反应较强烈,该现象的机理和临床意义值得进一步研讨。

ST segment V phenomenon in symptom limited graded exercise testing

Objective Retrospective analysis was conducted on a V shape which signifies transient improvement of ST segment depression during 0 to 2 min post exercise,named as STV phenomenon. Methods Test (Bruce Protocol) of symptom limited graded exercise was performed on 1 000 cases. Results The STV phenomenon was observed in 50 % of the subjects with high risk factors of coronary artery disease (CAD) and positive exercise test,and 34 % of the subjects with lower CAD risk factors but positive exercise testing. Conclusions STV phenomenon is common in the exercise test.Positive exercise,old age,poor exercise capacity and strong blood pressure response to the exercise are all the relevant factors.The mechanism and significance awaits further study.
