摘    要:采用透明锥板旋转装置代替流动渠道 ,用底部附着法研究红细胞的变形性 ,估算红细胞膜的弹性模量。文中对测量的原理、方法进行理论研究 ,并对测量的准确性和可重复性进行了分析 ,所得研究结果与国内外同类研究的结果相符

Abstract:Studies on RBC deformability and membrane elastic modulus with transparent rotative cone plate device hased on bottom attached method instead of flow channel technique are presented. The results are accurate and reproducible and in accord with those of congenial researches.
