小切口无缝线超声乳化和后房型人工晶状体植入术

目的探讨小切口（5．5mm）、无缝线超声乳化（Phaco）和后房型人工晶状体（PC－IOL）植入术的临床疗效及其安全性。方法120例（168只眼）老年性白内障施行上述手术，随机选择常规切口白内障案外摘出（ECCF）及PC－IOL术作为对照。结果视力≥0．5在Phaco术后1wk为84．53％，1a后为84．88％，均较大切口ECCE手术对照组为高（P＜0．05）。2组角膜内皮损失率各为6．93％和12．35％（P＜0．01）。未见任何严重手术并发症发生。结论小切口无缝线Phaco和PC－IOL植入术是当代安全有效的白内障摘出手术，手术并发症少，术后视力恢复较快。

Clinical investigation on the surgery of small incision sutureless phacoemulsification and posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation

Objective To study the clinical effects and the safety of the operation of small incision (5. 5mm) sutureless phacoemulsification (Phaco) and posterior chamber IOL implantations.Method Of 120 cases of senile cataract, 168 eyes were operated on in the way mentioned above, with conventional cases of wound extracapsular cataract extraction (ECCE) with IOL implantation being control group. Results One week after the phaco operation, 84. 53% of the patients in the experimental group got a visual acuity at 0. 5 or better, and one year later. 84. 88%. The percentages were higher than that of the control group. The loss rates of corneal endothelial cells in the two 6. 93 % and 11. 56%, respectively (P<0. 05). There were no any serious operative complications. Conclusion The operation of small incision, sutureless phaco and PC-IOL implantation is currently safe and effective for cataract extraction with minor operative complications and faster visual rehabilitation.
