| 摘 要： | 门静脉血栓(portal vein thrombosis,PVT)是指发生在门静脉主干、肠系膜上静脉、肠系膜下静脉或脾静脉的血栓。病因复杂,包括炎症性、肿瘤性、凝血功能障碍性、外伤性及原因不明等。治疗包括全身抗凝,外科手术切除及经皮经股动脉介入溶栓、经颈静脉门静脉溶栓治疗、经皮经肝穿刺门静脉血栓介入治疗。 |

| Abstract: | Portal vein thrombosis is a kind of thrombus that occurs in the portal vein,superior mesenteric vein,inferior mesenteric vein or splenic vein.Its pathogeny is complex,including inflammatory,tumorous,coagulation disturbance,traumatic or agnogenic thrombus and so on.Its treatment includes general anticoagulation,surgical excision,percutaneous femoral artery interventional thromblysis,trans-jugular portal vein thrombolysis and percutaneous transhepatic interventional therapy. |
