护理程序法在社区糖尿病患者管理中的应用效果研究

目的探讨护理程序法在社区糖尿病患者管理中的应用效果,旨在帮助护理人员实现对患者更好的管理。方法收集2007年4月—2009年10月经筛查或住院确诊的我社区糖尿病患者92例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各46例,分别采用传统教育法管理和护理程序法管理,观察患者入组时、管理1年时及2年出组时各指标的变化。结果管理前两组患者代谢指标、糖尿病生存质量特异性量表(DSQL量表)、健康调查简表(SF-36简表)、满意度评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);管理1年时及2年出组时两组患者上述方面均有明显改善,且观察组均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理程序法可帮助护理人员更好地实现对糖尿病患者的管理。

Evaluation of Nursing Process Method in the Management of Diabetic Patients in the Community

Objective To evaluate the nursing process method in the management of diabetic patients in the community.Methods Ninety-two diabetic patients who were diagnosed during screening or hospitalization between April 2007 and October 2009 were recruited.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 46 patients in each group.The control group was managed with the conventional health education method after and the observation group was managed with the nursing process method.The indexes were recorded at the time of their entry,one year and two years the time of their exit.Results At the time of their entry into the study,there were no significant differences between the two groups in metabolic indexes,the DSQL scale,the SF-36 and the satisfaction rating(P>0.05).At the time of one year and two years,both groups significantly improved in the above indexes with the observation group showing better results(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing process method is more effective in the management of diabetic patients.
