黄芪健中汤治疗脾胃虚寒型胃溃疡的疗效观察

目的 观察黄芪健中汤治疗脾胃虚寒型胃溃疡的临床疗效.方法 将86例胃溃疡患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各43例.对照组口服奥美拉唑胶囊和卡拉霉素,治疗组口服黄芪健中汤.两组均以8周为1疗程.结果 8周后复查胃镜,治疗组溃疡愈合率93.0%,明显高于对照组的76.7%,两组愈合病例1年后复发率治疗组为5.7%,对照组为17.8%,治疗组均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组均无严重不良反应,不良反应发生率相当,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 黄芪健中汤治疗脾胃虚寒型胃溃疡疗效显著,不良反应发生率及复发率低,优于单纯西药治疗.

Clinical observation of Chinese medicine Huangqijianzhong decoction in the treatment of gastric ulcer with insufficiency of spleen-yang and gastral-yang.

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Chinese medicine Huangqijianzhong decoction in the treatment of gastric ulcer with insufficiency of spleen-yang and gastral-yang. Methods 86 cases with in- sufficient of spleen-yang and gastral-yang gastric ulcer were randomly divided into two groups： Huangqi jianzhong decoction treatment group （ observation group, n = 43） and conventional western medicine group （ con- trol group, n = 43 ）, patients of the treatment group were given huangqi jianzhong decoction and the control group were treated by omeprazole capsules and kalafungin, and treatment cycles of the two groups were both 8 weeks. Results In the observation group, 35 patients were cured, and total effective rate was 93.0% ,while in the control group, 28 eases were cured, and total effective rate was 76.7%, and there was significant difference between two groups （P 〈0.05）. There were not obvious adverse reactions in two groups. After a period of 12 months follow-up, 2 cases recurred （recurrence rate 5. 7% ） in observation group, and 5 cases recurred in con- ventional control group （recurrence rate 17. 8% ）, and there was significant difference between two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conelusiotl Chinese medicine huangqi jianzhong decoction is very effective in the treatment of in- sufficient spleeu-yang and gastral-yang gastric ulcer with lower adverse reaction rate and recurrence rate compa- ring to treating by western medicine merely.
