中国城乡居民医疗消费行为实证研究

目的探讨中国城乡居民医疗消费行为的现状及其影响因素和作用机制。方法采用SPSS 18.0统计软件,对中国健康与营养调查(CHNS)2009年的数据进行二元Logistic回归和多元线性回归,探讨我国城乡居民医疗消费行为的影响因素及其影响力大小。结果居民类别、教育程度、疾病的严重程度及地区分布对城乡居民是否就医及医疗费用支出均具有显著影响,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论推动我国农村地区和西部地区的经济发展,提高教育供给水平,对于满足当地居民的医疗服务需求具有重要现实意义,人口老龄化问题成为控制医疗费用增长的关键。

An Empirical Study on Medical Consumption Behavior in Chinese Urban and Rural Residents

Objective To explore the medical consumption behavior of Chinese urban and rural residents,the influencing factors and mechanisms.Methods Binary logistic regression and multiple linear regression were applied to analyze the data from 2009 China Health and Nutrition Survey(CHNS) with SPSS 18.0.Results Resident category,educational level,severity of the disease and geographical location had significant impact on urban and rural residents′ medical choice and expenditure(P<0.05).Conclusion Advancing the economic development in China′s rural and western areas and improving the education supply will greatly contribute to the satisfaction of the medical demands of the local residents.In addition,the aging population will be a leading cause of an increasing medical expense.
