基于DSCT数据集上的心脏三维可视化模型与多平面经食道超心动图的对照研究

目的：建立基于双源CT的心脏三维可视化模型，为多平面经食道超声心动图提供任意切面的CT图像对照。方法：运用hmira5，2．1软件在双源CT心脏造影数据集上建立心脏三维可视化模型，模拟多平面经食道超声心动图各个切面进行虚拟切割，并将CT模拟切面与多平面经食道超声心动图进行对照。结果：基于双源CT数据集上建立的心脏三维可视化模型可在Amira软件上模拟经食道超声心动图从食道后方出发，行0°-180°虚拟切割，所得到的图像蕴含解剖信息量丰富，尤其在细小血管如冠状动脉显示方面能够与多平面经食道超声心动图互补，与TEE形成良好的对照。结论：双源CT心脏模型能为经食道超声心动图各切面提供精细对照，为进一步超声和CT图像融合显示奠定基础。

Contrast Study Between 3-dimensional Visible Heart Based on DSCT Datasets and Multipule TEE

Objective： To establish three-dimentional visible models of heart based on dual-source CT datasets in order to detemline the CT image base at random orientation for multipule TEE. Methods： The visible heart models based on DSCT datasets was used with software named Amira 5.2.1. They can simulate and make virtual cut of each section of multipule TEE, and compare with multipule TEE. Results： The 3D visible hearts can simulate multipule TEE to vitual cut within 0 degree to 180 degree from the rear of the esophagus. The images are very abundant in the anatomy information content, espacially in display of tiny blood vessels which is complementary with multipule TEE, and have good corresponding relationship compared with this of multipule TEE. Conclusion： DSCT visible hearts can provide the fine control with multiple TEE, they also lay the foundation for luther image fusion ofultrasound and CT.
