| 摘 要： | 目的探讨纤支镜下经鼻气管插管的临床应用价值。方法选取2005年3月至2010年1月间在我院行气管插管的患者148例为研究对象,分别行纤支镜下经鼻气管插管和经口气管插管,记录两组患者治疗情况和插管后并发症的发生情况。结果纤支镜下经鼻气管插管较传统经口气管插管具有明显的优势。结论纤支镜下经鼻气管插管安全性高、并发症少,值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical value of nasotracheal intubation under fiberbr on cho- scope. Methods 148 patients who had endotracheal intubation from March 2005 to January 2010 in our hospi- tal were selected for the study. Nasotracheal intubation under fiberoptic or orotracheal intubation was performed respectively. The incidence and complications after intubation of two groups was observed. Results The naso- tracheal intubation under fiberoptic had obvious advantages than traditional orotracheal intubation. Conclusion Nasotracheal intubation under fiberoptie has higher security, fewer complications. It is worthy for clinical ap- plication. |
