胰岛素泵强化治疗初发2型糖尿病的临床研究

目的 比较胰岛素泵持续皮下输注胰岛素(CSⅡ)与诺和锐R 加诺和灵N (MSⅡ)治疗初发2 型糖尿病的临床对比分析,探讨胰岛素泵持续皮下输注胰岛素在初发2 型糖尿病中的应用价值.方法 选择已确诊为初发2 型糖尿病的患200例,随机分为胰岛素泵持续皮下输注胰岛素(CSⅡ) 组和诺和锐R 加诺和灵N (MSⅡ) 组.记录治疗前后血糖、并比较血糖达标所需要的时间、胰岛素用量、低血糖发生等情况.结果 两种方法均可使血糖达标,而CSⅡ组治疗后稳定期血糖明显低于MSⅡ组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且CSⅡ组的达标时间、胰岛素用量及低血糖发生率均明显小于MSⅡ组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 胰岛素泵强化治疗初诊2型糖尿病在临床上是值得推广应用.

Clinical study on intensive treating type 2 diabetes mellitus diagnosed recently in insulin pump

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of insulin pump in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus diagnosed recently compared with the treatment with insulinⅡ Methods 200 cases with the final diag- nosis of type 2 diabetes mellitus diagnosed recently were randomly divided into CS Ⅱ group and MS Ⅱ group. The changes of blood glucose before and after treatment, the time needed for obtaining satisfying control of blood glucose, the daily dose of insulin that needed and the incidence of hypoglycaemia in each group were recorded for comparison. Results Two groups can control blood glucose all, but CS Ⅱ can control blood glucose more ef- fectively and more rapidly, the difference had statistical significance（P 〈0. 05）. CS Ⅱ group was significantly less than MS I1 group in the time needed for obtaining satisfying control of blood glucose, the daily dose of insu- lin that needed and the incidence of hypoglycaemia, the difference had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion Intensive treating type 2 diabetes mellitus diagnosed recently in insulin pump deserves to spread and utilize.
