基于局域网PHP论坛的院务公开过程记录模式探讨

目的：医院院务公开因其内容多，形式多样等原因，公开结果保存、查找困难，接受上级部门检查时找不到公开的形式。为了解决这个问题，试图探索一种院务公开的新途径，完整的对公开过程及结果进行保存。方法：医院目前已经建立起基于局域网的PHP论坛，通过在局域网php论坛上建立院务公开过程记录专版，详细记录院务公开的每一项内容及公开的方式，同时要求相关部门根据本部门公开内容进行维护更新。结果：详细记录了公开的每一项内容及公开的形式，形成一本院务公开的电子相册。同时，由管理员对回复内容进行监督，督促各科室按时完成设计内容。结论：通过在基于局域网的PHP论坛上建立院务公开过程专版，解决了公开结果保存困难，查找困难等问题，保证了公开内容的及时性、准确性、完整性及真实性。方便各级部门对院务公开的检查，有效的提高了医院院务公开的透明度、增加了具有特色的院务公开的形式。

Discussion on the Record Mode of Hospital Affair Opening Based on LAN PHP Forum

Objective： due to various reasons in hospital affair opening, such as rich contents, different forms of forms, etc, it is hard to store and find out the opening results, and besides, in most cases, it fails to find out the opening mode during the inspection of superior authorities. To solve the problem, the paper made efforts to explore a new way of hospital affair opening to completely store the process and results. Method： the hospital has established LAN-based PHP forum, which not only enabled the hospital founded a special page to record hospital affair opening Process, but allowed relevant departments maintaining and updating their own contents. Results： it recorded the contents and forms of all openings, and an electronic album of hospital affair opening has been developed. Meanwhile, under the supervision of administrator, all departments are urged to complete their design contents. Conclusions： through developing special pages for hospital affair opening on LAN-based PHP forum, it not only solved the problem of storage and search, but guaranteed the timeliness, accuracy, completeness and authenticity of opening contents. It is convenient for superior authorities to inspect the hospital affair opening, effectively improves transparency of opening and adds characteristic forms for hospital affair opening.
