免疫磁珠技术检测胃癌患者腹腔微小转移的研究

目的 研究免疫磁珠技术检测胃癌患者腹腔微小转移的方法及临床意义.方法 收集30例胃癌患者术中的腹腔冲洗液,分别进行免疫磁珠技术及常规腹腔冲洗液细胞学检查,检测腹腔内脱落癌细胞.结果 免疫磁珠的阳性检出率(63.3%)高于常规腹腔冲洗液细胞学检查(40.0%)(P＜0.05);免疫磁珠的阳性检出率与TNM分期密切相关(P＜0.01).结论 免疫磁珠技术是一种有效检测肿瘤细胞的方法,可以从胃癌患者腹腔冲洗液中分离出癌细胞,监测微转移的存在,有助于临床对胃癌的诊断和治疗.

Detection of peritoneal micrometastasis from patients with gastric cancer using immunomagnetic beads technique

Objective To study the method of immuomagnetic beads technique for detection of peritoneal micrometastasis from patients with gastric cancer and its clinical significance.Methods Peritoneal lavage fluid were obtained from 30 patients with gastric cancer during laparotomy.Cytologic examination and immunomagnetic beads technique were used to detect free cancer cells in peritoneal lavage fluid.Results Immunomagnetic beads technique detection was superior to conventional lavage cytology with the positive rate 63.3%(19/30) and 40.0%(12/30),respectively;the rate of positive detection by immunomagnetic beads technique was significantly correlated with PTNM classification(P<0.01).Conclusion Immunomagnetic beads technique is a more sensitive and specific method for the detection of microscopically disseminated cancer cells in gastric cancer,and therapeutic protocol and prediction of prognosis can be made based on it.
